I have loan with a bank,I left the bank for another.So the former bank as refused to send my previous employer reference. So the present bank is not confirming my employment and I might lost my job.They want me to payoff.And I said send reference confirmation,after confirmation. I get a loan from this new bank and pay off.But they refused.please help.

Generally, you can't force a previous employer to give you a recommendation. It would be best to retain the services of a Lawyer; who would negotiate with your previous employer on your behalf, and would reduce the agreed terms into writing.
