The major laws regulating public private partnership (PPP) in Nigeria are; Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission Act (ICRC ACT), Bureau of Public Procurement Act (BPP), and Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE). Other laws and regulations of Ministries, Departments and Agencies such as the Ministry of Finance, National Planning Commission, Debt Management Office, Accountant General of the Federation, also form part of the policies regulating PPP in Nigeria.
