What should be my reaction to police officer who came to my house without search warrant and insist to carry out the search forcefully?

The Nigerian Police is empowered by the Police Act, to carry out searches on anyone and anywhere, where there is reasonable suspicion of crime with or without a search warrant. Where a Search warrant has not been issued, you would have to allow the police officers to carry out their duties, however, the search should be conducted in the presence of two witnesses as prescribed under the law. And any evidence retrieved would be admissible under the law, irrespective of the process used.
