Does a startup that has not raised any round, and in seed stage have any presume company valuation?

Company/ business valuation is dependent on certain factors such as the market worth, ownership interest, tangible and intangible assets amongst others. So, for a start up that has no external funding, it could still be valued on other factors, such as the value of the company if incorporated. Do contact Lawstrive if you require further clarifications.
