Hello Chuks, A share capital is simply how much the company is worth! A statement of share capital is the CAC document which provides for the share capital of the company, and how it is distributed between the shareholders of the company. It also states how much each shares is worth (rate) and the names of all the shareholders of the company. The amount of shares each person (partner) holds determines the percentage of ownership.
